Sol.Cafe was established in 2012 as a result of the love and passion for food by the two owners Soleil and Pavel. It's a case of east meets south! A fusion of two regions, the Middle East and South America, influence and inspired some of our dishes on our menu. A cook-off took place between Soleil and Pavel to determine who the better cook was.
